Hire Periods Hire periods must include set up and breakdown time. A full day is an 8-hour period, usually 9.30am to 5.30pm If you want exclusively (even for storage) you must pay for days, hours even when not in use
Reception opening hours 8.30am-7.30pm Monday – Saturday in Old Town Hall building and 9am-5pm Monday – Friday in the Atrium Arts Block (access outside these times arranged on request. An additional fee may be incurred)
Deliveries collections relating to your event must be made at a time agreed with firstname.lastname@example.org in writing and on the day of your hire unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the building. Network: Wac Arts Guest (no password needed)
Parking is very limited but if available is arranged through email@example.com at a charge of £20 per day
AV / Tech Please make your tech requirements known in advance of your hire to both firstname.lastname@example.org & email@example.com We have speakers available for all rooms (all with Bluetooth connectivity) We have 2 TVs available for use in the building Main Hall & Small Hall have projectors and retractable screens (NB you will need laptop to VGA cables)
Kitchen & Catering Kitchen facilities are not available on site although there will be a tea & coffee making facilities provided on request. Use of external caterers must be agreed with prior written approval only. Hirer will be responsible for provision and cost of any necessary additional staff (servers, box office, stewards, security, etc) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Damages Any damage to the venue, it’s furniture, fixtures and fitting as a result of your use of the venue will be charged at the cost of making good. * PLEASE DO NOT STICK THINGS WITH BLUETACK OR TAPE IN THE OLD TOWN HALL.
Wac Arts accepts no responsibility for loss and damage of any items (goods, equipment etc) brought in relating to your event.
Pencils and Cancelations If you hold a pencil for a booking you have 24 hours to confirm and contract once this is challenged by another client. If challenging a pencil you must be able to contract as soon as that challenged pencil is released. Cancelation Fees: Cancellation between 4-6 months (inclusive) in advance: 50% of fee Cancellation between 1-3 months (inclusive) in advance: 75% of fee Less than 30 days in advance: 100% of fee
