On March 8th, our young people from the Diploma and Senior Wac Arts programmes had the wonderful opportunity to perform at Move It 2019 on the main stage. Move It is one of the world’s biggest and best annual dance events spanning across three days. It included headliner performances by Aston Merrygold, Neil and Katya Jones, and Layton Williams- all of whom are dance legends and our young people had the chance to perform on the same stage as them! The young peoples’ hard work paid off as their high energy and breath-taking performance blew away the Move It audience and their choreographer, Patience James. It was unique performance that was totally different to anything else on the line up and the audience were fired up, even dancing with them and whooping throughout! We are so proud of the dancers professionalism, passion and energy, this was a huge accomplishment.
We can’t wait to see what they have in store for us at Move It 2020!
