Wac Arts offers inclusive performing arts and media programmes to young people. This includes an outreach offer of unique, bespoke creative technology projects exploring visuals, sound and sensory stimulation in innovative, engaging ways. Workshops are fully accessible and fun; building collaboration and technology skills for young people of all abilities.

The Wonder Pod
The Wonder Pod is an exciting new toolkit for young people, youth workers and arts practitioners to demonstrate how to best utilise tablet apps and assistive technology for creativity, having fun and forming friendships.

About the project
Welcome to the Wonder Pod! It’s an exciting new toolkit for young people, youth workers and arts practitioners to demonstrate how to best utilise tablet apps and assistive technology for creativity, having fun and forming friendships.
Developed, written and designed over the last 3 years by students with disabilities taking part in Wac Arts Interactive, a BBC Children in Need funded project, the Wonder Pod is a collection of workshops, advice and guidance for anyone using accessible technologies in arts and media activities.
