Building Partners

As part of our commitment to providing services for the community, we offer a range of office spaces in our building, the Old Town Hall. These spaces contribute to the vibrant atmosphere and eclectic cultural mix.

Q: Do you cover our business rates? 

A: Business Rates are not covered by us. Most of you will be eligible for small business relief, which can be applied for through Camden. Camden Council’s business rates information

Q: Does the building cover contents insurance? 

A: No. Our building insurance covers the offices themselves (brick and mortar), you must have contents insurance for your own belongings in the office.

Building partners include:

  • U3A (The University of the 3rd Age)( – The national representative body for the Universities of Third Age (U3As) in the UK.  U3As are self-help, self-managed lifelong learning co-operatives for older people no longer in full time work.
  • Akademi: South Asian Dance UK ( – A registered charity taking South Asian dance into unconventional spaces in the UK.
  • KIDS – Support over 13,500 disabled children, young people and their families every year by delivering over 120 services throughout England. KIDS is unique; there is no other organisation dedicated to providing such an extensive range of services to disabled children and young people, aged 0-25 years, irrespective of their impairment or condition. (
  • AR Architecture ( – We are a London-based, award-winning creative studio of Architects and Interior designers, specialised in hi-end residential and commercial projects, highly experienced in heritage buildings. Always working closely with our Clients, we help them meet their objectives and budgetary targets
