As part of our commitment to providing services for the community, we offer a range of office spaces in our building, the Old Town Hall. These spaces contribute to the vibrant atmosphere and eclectic cultural mix.

FAQs

Q: Do you cover our business rates? 

A: Business Rates are not covered by us. Most of you will be eligible for small business relief, which can be applied for through Camden. Camden Council’s business rates information


Q: Does the building cover contents insurance? 

A: No. Our building insurance covers the offices themselves (brick and mortar), you must have contents insurance for your own belongings in the office.

  • Akademi – Creating vibrant South Asian dance that connects through storytelling, rhythm, and gestures. A pivotal figure in UK South Asian dance since 1979.
  • Archetypal Sand Work / Sand Play with Cate Reidy – Utilizes visual and expressive arts for self-exploration. Open to adults and associated with the British and Irish Sand Play Society.
  • Find Your Voice CIC – The only organisation in the UK that delivers formalised singing-focused programmes of adult learning to the most vulnerable people living in marginalized communities. Our programmes are designed to empower and connect individuals back into their communities.
  • Flipside PR – PR company specializing in beauty and health brands.
  • Hampstead CBT, Sandy Homouda – Highly experienced psychotherapist and counsellor with over 16 years in the mental health field, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach to counselling and psychotherapy.
  • International Artists Management – Represents a diverse range of outstanding clients working in Film, Television, and Theatre. With founder and CEO Luc Chaudhary at the helm and a big team heading Global Film and Television, International Artists Management is now established as one of the leading theatrical agencies across the UK, Europe and the US.
  • JILL GREEN CASTING – Casting Directors for West End, Tours, and Regional Theatre. Team includes Jill Green CDG, Olivia Laydon, and Tom Shiels.
  • KIDS – We’re here for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, young carers, and families. We’re on a mission to create a world where all kinds of kids have all kinds of opportunities.
  • London Doctors Clinic – We provide same-day, private GP appointments without the need to leave your NHS GP. If you’re looking for a blood test, sexual health check or medication we can give you the care you need and get results and prescriptions to you quickly. You can book direct on our website.
