Wac Arts is looking for an exceptional project manager with professional experience of working in disability arts and/or young people’s settings to head up our Disabilities and Inclusion programme. We are looking for a well-organised, calm and committed ‘people-person’ who has the ability to slot smoothly into an existing team, leading them in the effective delivery our lively and varied activities and services. The successful candidate will also be a strategic thinker, working closely with the team to consider ways to build on what we do and explore more ways for young people with disabilities to have a voice, both within Wac Arts and the wider community.
