About Wac Arts:
We offer innovative, inclusive and cutting edge performing arts and media programmes to young people aged 5-26. A full time Diploma in Musical Theatre course, weekend and evening enrichment programmes as well as summer and holiday courses all in the bustling Old Town Hall in Belsize Park.
About the role:
We are looking for two evenings and weekends receptionists, working a minimum of 15 hours per week. The Receptionists at Wac Arts welcome the students, building partners, external clients and visitors to the Old Town Hall. Wac Arts are looking for fantastic team players with excellent customer service skills. You must be an extraordinary communicator who takes pride in your work and working environment.
You will be responsible for having a hands-on approach to general reception duties – providing a warm welcome to every guest, assisting the events team with space hire enquires, dealing with general reception and Wac Arts enquiries, complaints and ad hoc queries. You will provide excellent administrative support to the Front of House Supervisor and other Wac Arts departments as needed. This role is integral in assisting the Senior Management team with the delivery of the Safe Guarding Policy, which includes building security such as access cards, CCTV and signing guests in and out of the building.
