We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding performing arts practitioner to join the team as our Outreach Manager.
We are looking for an ambitious person with the drive, commitment and contacts to develop an innovative new outreach programme for Wac Arts. Camden is a vibrant, multi-cultural community and we want to make sure Wac Arts supports the creative aspirations of every young person in our borough who faces barriers to opportunity.
Working closely with our Senior Leadership Team, you will help to design and deliver a high-quality programme of outreach activities for young people to inspire their creativity and encourage them to participate in the arts. You must share our passion for high-quality arts provision and be able to engage young people.
The role involves some direct delivery of Outreach workshops. The successful applicant must be a practitioner in at least one discipline within the performing arts or creative sector.
The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and requires weekend and evening work at peak periods. An enhanced DBS check is required. Training in Safeguarding will be provided however a working knowledge of Safeguarding is highly desirable.
