We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner/manager at Wac Arts, a charity which offers fully inclusive performing arts for young people between the ages of 5 and 30.
Working closely with the Programme Director, you will manage the youth inclusion and engagement work, ensuring the delivery of statutory services for Camden, as well as planning and delivering innovative projects for young people, including those with mild to severe learning disabilities. In addition, you will lead on the development and growth of our nascent outreach service and our youth governance service.
You must be passionate about the importance of inclusive participative arts, with the ability to develop strategies and projects to support young people to develop their creative talents and interests. You must also have proven management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a small team. The post requires some weekend and evening work and is offered on a full time or 4 days a week basis.
