Job Title: Front of House Supervisor
Working Hours: Full Time – 35 hours a week, including evening and weekend shifts.

Wac Arts is recruiting a full time Front of House Supervisor. The Front of House Supervisor is part of the Operations team and is expected to act on their own initiative in carrying out their duties, within the guidelines and policies laid down. Working with the Building Supervisor, they would be responsible for the smooth day to day running of our busy venue. Successful candidates will deliver excellent customer service in line with the style and ethos of Wac Arts and maintain a safe and welcoming environment at all times.
We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As an important part of the public face of the Wac Arts, Front of House Supervisors are expected to ensure that the appropriate standards of courtesy, behaviour and dress are maintained at all times.
Purpose of the Role:
The Front of House Supervisor is a key member of the team who oversees the smooth running of the building during all events by liaising with visiting companies and is responsible for customer service, event operations and safety, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience at the venue. Events include classes, regular programme activities, meetings, rehearsals, parties, auditions, film showings, conferences, performances, sales and workshops.
