We are looking for a member of the leadership team who has an excellent track record of general management including HR and Finance, combined with a positive and inspiring can do approach.
The person will work closely with the Chief Executive and be responsible for leading all of the day to day operations of the organisation. The key areas are; money, buildings and people, as we look to deliver even greater impact for young people through the arts.
