In the news again!

MOBO award winner and ex-WAC student, Zoe Rahman, talks to the Camden New Journal about how important WAC was in developing her into the world renowned Jazz musician she is today.

“WAC is a really invaluable place as it gives important opportunities to people who can’t afford to pay for lessons. You didn’t have to be rich you just needed to be disciplined and have a love for music and they would take you on. WAC is a place of artistic integrity – they’re supportive and take care of you as a person.”

Zoe talks of her time at WAC and how important this was to her … as it still is to many current WAC students! Read the full interview here!

Many congratulations again to Zoe – it’s wonderful to see our alumni go on to achieve great things and even more wonderful to keep in touch!
