Don’t forget that Wac Arts is taking part in Disabled Access Day! Disabled Access Day is a movement that began in Scotland and have since spread into communities across the UK, now forming a national event. It’s all about people with disabilities visiting somewhere they haven’t been before, and creating opportunities to try something new in a safe, inclusive atmosphere.
On Saturday drop into the building from 3-4pm to take part in our inclusive high speed game called Pokey Speed, and have a guided tour around the building with the chance to speak to our co-ordinators and to find out more about some of the work Wac Arts does with disabled children and young people.
On Sunday come by between 2.00 – 3.30pm for Green Screen Roulette – we’ll put you in front of our green screen but who knows what the background will be! This workshop is fully inclusive.
